The Syndicate is an organization that runs most of the organized crime in the Underground such as gambling, drugs, and power trafficking. The Syndicate consists of Dark Casters, Blood Incubuses, and Darkborns. Silas Ravenwood was the head of the Syndicate. Darkborns are used for security purposes. The Syndicate was mentioned to be like the Mob of the Underground. The Syndicate rents out a Caster in the Menagerie for their powers. The Syndicate created Sunshine, a new narcotic drug that makes Casters hooked after one hit.
