I've had an interest in the film for a while and I watched it once. So I destroyed both the DVD and Blue Ray.
February 11th, 1865, was when Ethan C was going to ask Genevieve to marry him. The locket was going to be a betrothal gift for her, which is why the date was inscribed on it. The Battle of Honey Hill is an actual battle that took place on November 30th, 1864, which I believe is when Ethan C died (I’m still working on why Gatlin believes Feb 11th to be the Battle of Honey Hill)
She’d be turning thirty
Happy New Year, if anyone ever sees this
I see people editing pages on here, if y’all see this could you comment? Please?
At this point I’m just talking to myself. Nobody comes here anymore
I'm tempted to make text posts out of it
We have 213 pages... If we delete two of them we'd have 211, which is Lena's birthday
But I'm a northerner, so I call it star jasmine :D
Hit me with your headcanons
One of the things that is so funny to me about Lena and Ethan is that when Ethan first saw her in person, he thought she was an omen
One of the most irritating things is when you've made lots of lore and headcanons and you have no one to share it with because your fandom is small and old
I don't even know if anybody's on this wiki anymore, but if you are, hello! I first read this series in 2019 and then again in 2022, and I absolutely love it. I've managed to convince my mom, my grandma, my grandma's friend, and one of my teachers to read it because I love to talk about it.
One of the questions that I've had for a while is: why did the moon become butterfly wings at Lena's Claiming? Why didn't it transform into bird wings, since birds are prominently featured in the series? Was it meant to symbolize her uniqueness?
I came across Beautiful Creatures when my older cousin (who is 23) was appalled with me reading twilight and I'm so happy that I was introduced to the series as it has changed my life I'm am in love with the series already as I've only read the first book. But in my opinion I have to say the movie was crap in comparison to the book. It was hard to keep track of the order of events.
